Most companies grow one tool at a time.

A city can be full of well-built buildings and still be hard to get around. The roads don't connect. Transit stops short of where people need to go. Each building made sense on its own; no one planned how people would move between them.

Growing companies often look like this from the inside. A CRM for sales, a platform for marketing, spreadsheets for reporting, a separate tool for delivery—each a reasonable choice, and they rarely talk to each other. Customers feel it at every handoff. Teams feel it every time they re-enter data, chase a status, or rebuild a report by hand.

We work like a city planner. First, we map how work actually moves today: the people, the tools, the data, and the handoffs between them. Then we build a plan for what to fix first, starting from what you already have rather than a rebuild.

What you leave with: a clear map of where things stand, and a plan for where to go next.

The Insight

Thirteen years. Dozens of enterprise engagements. One pattern that never went away.

That's what Fennec was built to fix.

The Methodology

The systems perspective comes from Lucas's years at Boston Consulting Group and IBM iX — where the design problems were systems problems.

"How do we restructure our customer experience when we have 40 years of legacy systems?"
"How do we compete when our entire infrastructure is built around the old business model?"

Answering those questions required holding business operations, organizational behavior, technology architecture, and customer experience in mind simultaneously. That discipline is what Fennec brings to every engagement.

Not “here’s a pretty interface”. But here is how this whole system needs to orchestrate so your customers get what they need and your operations actually work.

Listen first. Then build.

Building something has never been faster. AI tools can produce a polished prototype in an afternoon. What they can't do on their own is tell you whether it's the right thing to build, for your people, your customers, and the constraints your business actually operates under. That still takes human direction, intentionality, and time well spent. It's where we start.

We listen before we design.

We take the time to talk with you, your team, and your stakeholders, and to understand your context before proposing anything. The first conversation is a starting point, not a spec.

We map before we plan.

Before recommending changes, we map how things work today: the systems, the people, the data, and the handoffs between them. The plan comes from that map, not from assumptions.

AI speeds up the work. Judgment directs it.

We use AI throughout research synthesis and prototyping, and it makes engagements meaningfully faster. It works on direction we've set together, not in place of it.

You work with Lucas.

You'll work directly with Lucas from the first call through delivery. When a project needs engineering or Salesforce development, we bring in trusted partners and stay accountable for the result. And we won't push you toward a bigger engagement than you need.

We don't scale by volume. We scale by taking on fewer, more complex engagements and doing them well.

Building something has never been faster. Building the right thing still takes time well spent.

Deep, working knowledge.

Let's talk about what's possible.

If your teams are working around disconnected tools, your Salesforce implementation isn't delivering what you expected, or you're about to buy, migrate, or hire and want to get it right—let's talk about what's possible.

We work best with teams that understand design is strategic infrastructure, not decoration.
